14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All refund requests are subject to review by our team.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The translation failed due to a technical error on our part
  • The translation quality does not meet our stated standards
  • Significant formatting was lost in the translated document
  • The service was not delivered as described

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Files that are invalid, corrupted, or do not conform to DOCX standards
  • User error in selecting the wrong source or target language
  • Dissatisfaction with AI translation accuracy for specialized or technical content
  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window

Users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded files are valid DOCX files before purchasing translation services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order/transaction ID
  3. Describe the issue you experienced
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or files if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
