14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All refund requests are subject to review by our team.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The translation failed due to a technical error on our part
- The translation quality does not meet our stated standards
- Significant formatting was lost in the translated document
- The service was not delivered as described
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Files that are invalid, corrupted, or do not conform to DOCX standards
- User error in selecting the wrong source or target language
- Dissatisfaction with AI translation accuracy for specialized or technical content
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window
Users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded files are valid DOCX files before purchasing translation services.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order/transaction ID
- Describe the issue you experienced
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
