1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocuGlot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DocuGlot provides AI-powered document translation services. We translate DOCX files while preserving formatting. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload documents you have the right to translate
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to circumvent payment or abuse the Service
• Provide accurate information (including email address)

4. Payment Terms

Prices are displayed before payment and are based on document word count. All payments are processed by Paddle. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Translation failed due to our error
• Significant formatting loss in the output
• Request made within 24 hours of purchase if translation not yet started

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents. We do not claim ownership of your content. Translations are provided for your use and may be subject to the original document's copyright restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

DocuGlot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific translation in question. AI translations may contain errors and should be reviewed before critical use.

8. Translation Quality

While we strive for accuracy, AI translations may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing translations before use in critical applications. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Pricing may change with notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
