What file formats do you support?
We support DOCX (Microsoft Word), TXT (plain text), and Markdown files. All translations are delivered as professionally formatted DOCX documents. PDF support is coming soon!
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on document size. The minimum price of $5.99 (Basic) or $9.99 (Premium) covers documents up to approximately 100,000 words. Larger documents are priced based on word count. After uploading, you'll see the exact price before proceeding.
Will the formatting be preserved?
Yes! Our technology preserves headers, footers, tables, lists, fonts, colors, and all other formatting. The translated document will look identical to the original—just in a different language.
How long does translation take?
Translation time varies depending on document length—from a few minutes for shorter documents to a few hours for larger ones. You'll receive an email notification when your translation is ready.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Premium uses our most advanced AI model which provides better context understanding, more natural-sounding translations, and handles complex technical documents better. Basic uses a faster model which is more cost-effective for simpler documents.
Is my document secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. Your documents are encrypted during transfer and storage. Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We never share your documents with third parties.
Can I translate to multiple languages at once?
Currently, each translation is to a single target language. For multiple languages, simply upload your document again and select a different target language. We're working on batch translation features.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your translation quality, contact us at hi@aina.rs and we'll process your refund.
How accurate is the AI translation?
Our AI translations are highly accurate, especially for general business and personal documents. For critical legal or medical documents, we recommend professional human review. Premium tier offers superior accuracy for complex content.
What languages do you support?
We support over 100 languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, and many more. Both common and rare languages are available.
